The Banana River Lagoon is famous for giant Redfish topping the scale over 30 pounds. Many light tackle and fly-fishing records have been set in these waters. Not only does the Banana River Lagoon offer amazing opportunities to catch giant Redfish, it is also home to large Gator Trout, and brawling Snook. What really makes this area so unique is the possibility of catching all three species in the same day.
